Why Right-Side Emporium?
RSE began originally as a logistical branch of two art studios, which went on to become it's own entity that serves the digital art community. RSE is staffed by artists who only promote the exact same equipment and art supplies that the two studios themselves use.
My product is defective. What do I do?
If the item is damaged by the carrier (usually UPS) call the carrier to make a claim as soon as you notice the item is damaged. Once you have done so, contact us for return authorization.
If the item is defective, contact us within 7 days for a return authorization. Upon receipt and inspection we will ship a replacement if possible. Otherwise you will receive a refund.
If the item works but then breaks as a result of manufacturer defects, the manufacturer must be contacted as this is a warranty issue.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship to Canada as if it was part of the United States. For other countries, we will ship on a case-by-case basis as additional shipping costs are incurred. Please contact us first if you do not live in the U.S. or Canada.
Please note that all international customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred. Sorry, but we cannot de-value an item.
